Step 1:

You need your Twitter status RSS feed, which twitter is no longer giving you on your profile page, but you can easily generate one here:http://sociable.co/2011/08/14/twitter-rss-feed-creator/

Step 2:

You need to use a RSS App on your fb page, I recommend RSS Graffiti. Connect it with your account and add a new RSS feed to your page, with the link generated in step 1. Play with the settings and your good to go!
