Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Wednesday, August 27th, 2008 A yummy recipe I adapted for Tilapia...
6 Tilapia Fillets
1 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs (any variety you like)
1/2 - 1 cup Parmesan (finely shredded or powdered works best)
1 lemon: 6 T cup lemon juice & 2 tsp lemon zest
